SERVICES

I help you execute the plans and details that you’ve spent so much money and time pulling together. No one wants to be the couple running around ensuring that everything is how you had wanted it or frantically trying to dole out vendor payments or packing up at the end of the night. Think of me as wedding insurance, better yet, peace of mind.

  • “Get to know you meeting” to hear all about you and your wedding

  • Be available to you via email over the course of our contract to offer support and guidance as needed.

  • Send monthly emails to check in 

  • Meet to go over all the details and the timeline of your day 

  • Create a detailed timeline - deadline is 2 weeks out 

  • 2 week out countdown check-in 

  • Create a vendor list - a directory of names, phone numbers, and emails. Before the wedding, reach out to all vendors for introductions, confirmation, distribution of timeline, and give out important contact/delivery information

  • Attend and run your rehearsal

  • 10 hours - "day-of wedding coordination" - making sure all things go smoothly

  • Point of contact for all day of wedding questions for vendors, wedding party, and family, if necessary

  • Arrive on location of wedding to accept/checking in all deliveries (i.e. rentals, florals, etc)

  • Set up/arrange all personal items and décor (i.e. champagne flutes, cake cutters, guestbook, photos, table numbers, menu cards, etc.)

  • Review final set up before guests start to arrive

  • Remain easily accessible through the entire event, prevent and fix any problems that may arise

  • Responsible for getting all gifts and cards to a designated guest or parent

  • Manage flowers (if florist is not returning) break down, hand out to wedding party and family members

  • Will pack up all personal items and décor and ensure they reach the designated family member, room, and/or vehicle

  • Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the night

Pricing  

I think transparency is important when it comes to service fees.

​

Pricing depends on the location, time, and size/complexity of the wedding. For an average wedding I spend about 40 hours over the course of our contract.

Destination weddings may require travel and accommodation fees

​

Pay Schedule 

50 percent deposit (due upon booking)

Remaining 50 percent balance (due two weeks before the wedding)

Coordination starts at  $2000
